Spring Homeschooling Classes

Improvisation/Performance

Middle/High School: Thursdays 9:00am-10:00am
Elementary School: Thursdays 10:15am-11:15am
$100 (Classes meet bi-weekly)
Improvisation is a spontaneous, unplanned performance without a specific script. In this class, students will practice improvising a large variety of roles, settings, and situations. We will also be working on pieces to be performed for friends, family, and the community at the end of the session.
Playwriting

Thursdays 4:00pm-5:00pm
$100 (classes meet bi-weekly)
Have you ever felt that you have what it takes to write the next big hit on Broadway? There are many steps to writing a play, and this class will help to break down each area. We will look at a variety of genres, and discuss the elements of a script. Students will work on each piece, such as setting, plot, character development, and set design. Participants will create individual scenes to be performed in a showcase at the end of the year.
Senior Performance
Currently Not Enrolling
It’s never too late to discover your inner star! We will work on improvisation and scene studies. Great for memory improvement and overall cognitive health. This class is perfect for everyone from the first-time actor to the biggest star!
